NPR is all about making cheap $10 meals for a family of four. They even have a ‘How Low Can You Go’ Family Supper Challenge.’ Given the prices of eggs and milk, it’s not a bad idea to try some of these heatly and frugal recipes. They’ve even got special guest chefs like The Neelys, Ming Tsai, and Jose Andres offering their expertise.
